Wonderful crew! We hired them to power wash and re-stain our large deck in Flossmoor. Very professional and meticulous work. We highly recommend them for anyone in need of services and we look forward to using them again.
Juan and his team are amazing! They showed up on time, every day, finished the job on time and in order to do so, doubled the size of the crew the last few days. Juan would walk through the house with me every night before leaving to talk about what comes next tomorrow and to make sure I was happy with the work for the day. They’d clean every night before leaving. So professional! I was a tough customer, changed my mind on wall colors, paint color and they just “rolled” with me and redid the work until I was happy. I’d recommend for any size project. They painted my 2000 sf house top to bottom in a week!
I read an angry review about Juan's company and I have to disagree. He was friendly, knowledgeable and moved our job up two weeks because he cleared some time. No deposit was requested. He only needed to send one painter and he got the job done in about five hours. I'd recommend. Here's a before and after. Out with the shiny battleship gray.

Asked for a pretty dark color. He did well at matching the color. The company was very nice, spent their time completing the correct taping, very punctual. The end result was just like we wanted. He was also way more affordable then any other quote I received. Very happy with the work!

Juan went out of his way bringing a sample of a cabinet door similar to mine to show me how former stained wood cabinets can show some grain when painted. No pressure, just information for me. So happy I proceeded with painting my cabinets. My kitchen is so much brighter and “looks bigger”. His crew was great too! Alex worked with one of our DIY projects that didn’t exactly turn out the way we wanted and with his efforts now looks just the way I envisioned it!! Brandon and Eric took extra care painting my living, dining and hallways and kitchen . My house is 47 years old and now I feel it looks fresh and more modern and I would be content to live here another 47 years! 😆 Thank you Juan, Alex, Brandon and Eric.
Juan is a class act and has a business that puts the customer first. He went out of his way to bring Sherwin Williams rep out to my house when we had some concerns. Facility Service Painting did an excellent job refinishing our deck. They were able to finish an old deck connected to a new deck so the entire surface looked even and new. I highly recommend Juan and Facility Service Painting. We had our WHOLE interior house painted: walls, ceiling, doors, closets, cabinets, trim... Juan was incredibly professional, responsive, started the job on time, finished early. The work was incredible. There were prior bumps and lumps in the walls and they look like new. The cabinets are AMAZING with a smooth finish. The job was finished in about 8 business days and was clean and tidy when complete. It was a huge project. I highly recommend Juan for cabinets-- don't wait another day with your old wood ones! I cannot recommend Juan enough. The next time I need my house painted, I will not hesitate to call Juan!

Facility Painting Services refinished my deck. The power washed, sanded and replaced a couple of weak boards. The crew was so detailed that they cleaned between the boards by hand! Very professional. I'm impressed and pleased with their work.

Eric was our painter and he did an excellent job making clean lines and took the extra time to get things done. They cleaned up everything and left it very neat in the end. They were on time. They used CLEAN drop cloths to protect everything. They were very professional, did everything they said they would do. The end result was exceptional. I would highly recommend them, they do not disappoint.
Did a wonderful job. They moved all necessary furniture, covered the floor, and the paint job was wonderful. With plaster walls it is often hard to cut in walls to ceiling.
