Highly recommend Juan and his team. They were professional and so friendly to work with. Juan is great at communicating, came out for a free quote and was able to get us on the schedule for a full house job. He and his team were at the job site early and worked all day until the job was done, even if that meant working longer hours. The house looks absolutely beautiful, now that they’re done with it! Will definitely use them again.
Juan and his team are amazing! They showed up on time, every day, finished the job on time and in order to do so, doubled the size of the crew the last few days. Juan would walk through the house with me every night before leaving to talk about what comes next tomorrow and to make sure I was happy with the work for the day. They’d clean every night before leaving. So professional! I was a tough customer, changed my mind on wall colors, paint color and they just “rolled” with me and redid the work until I was happy. I’d recommend for any size project. They painted my 2000 sf house top to bottom in a week!

Facility Service Painting did an excellent job refinishing our deck. They were able to finish an old deck connected to a new deck so the entire surface looked even and new. I hired this crew, not knowing much about them and after a bad experience with another contractor who did a lousy job installing my deck, were sloppy and had low people skills, I hesitated hiring staff from Facility Service Painting, but after meeting with Juan, I just felt good about what he said they could do. Got the opportunity to work one on one with Juan in regards to some work I wanted done in my home, definitely was not the cheapest quote I had gotten but I made a good decision on having his team work in my home. The quality of the work that Juan put in my home just speaks for itself. Juan is very particular and very detail-oriented when it comes to getting a project done. He definitely knows how to exceed expectations when it comes to having work done in a home, communicates thoroughly with his clients to be on the same page and have your ideas come to life. His crew did a very good job on keeping my home as clean as possible after finishing up. Juan went out of his way bringing a sample of a cabinet door similar to mine to show me how former stained wood cabinets can show some grain when painted. No pressure, just information for me. So happy I proceeded with painting my cabinets. My kitchen is so much brighter and “looks bigger”. His crew was great too! Alex worked with one of our DIY projects that didn’t exactly turn out the way we wanted and with his efforts now looks just the way I envisioned it!! Brandon and Eric took extra care painting my living, dining and hallways and kitchen . My house is 47 years old and now I feel it looks fresh and more modern and I would be content to live here another 47 years! 😆 Thank you Juan, Alex, Brandon and Eric.
Juan is a class act and has a business that puts the customer first. He went out of his way to bring Sherwin Williams rep out to my house when we had some concerns. This over and above approach is what sets him apart. The work is top notch. Well worth the peace of mind! Ill definitely recommend and use again!

I would like to note however he was not the cheapest but if your project requires a professional job then Juan is your guy. The one thing that separated Juan from the rest during our initial selection process is his outstanding communication skills. Even after he completed he even made sure we were completely satisfied. Facility painting did a great job painting my house. The owner (Juan) is nice and respectful. The guys ( Alex, Ricardo and Brandon) did a good job. They were patient, they moved everything around carefully, they even fixed some drywall issues and cleanup after the job was done. Facility painting pricing is affordable. Did a wonderful job. They moved all necessary furniture, covered the floor, and the paint job was wonderful. With plaster walls it is often hard to cut in walls to ceiling. I can't believe they did such a wonderful job. They did all the cleanup. No mess at all. We will definitely call them again! Thank you so much Facility Service Painting!

Facility Painting Services refinished my deck. The power washed, sanded and replaced a couple of weak boards. The crew was so detailed that they cleaned between the boards by hand! Very professional. I'm impressed and pleased with their work.

Asked for a pretty dark color. He did well at matching the color. The company was very nice, spent their time completing the correct taping, very punctual. The end result was just like we wanted. He was also way more affordable then any other quote I received. Very happy with the work!
I read an angry review about Juan's company and I have to disagree. He was friendly, knowledgeable and moved our job up two weeks because he cleared some time. No deposit was requested. He only needed to send one painter and he got the job done in about five hours. I'd recommend. Here's a before and after. Out with the shiny battleship gray.

Juan was incredibly professional, responsive, started the job on time, finished early. The work was incredible. There were prior bumps and lumps in the walls and they look like new. The cabinets are AMAZING with a smooth finish. The job was finished in about 8 business days and was clean and tidy when complete. It was a huge project.
