🤩 This company is the best. Juan (the owner) is prompt, fair price and attentive. He was here everyday to check on the project and answer any questions or concerns. The crew who painted the interior of my 1900 sq ft ranch, were just super. They did a fantastic job. Were super careful, polite, neat and just a pleasure to have in my home. I can't tell you how happy I am with my house's "new look."

I just had them come paint a few walls and my front door. After coming to give me a quote (which was extremely fair), I hired them to do the work. Juan was a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend using Juan for all your painting needs. I would like to note however he was not the cheapest but if your project requires a professional job then Juan is your guy. The one thing that separated Juan from the rest during our initial selection process is his outstanding communication skills. Even after he completed he even made sure we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend Juan we can't praise his company enough!

Juan and his team are amazing! They showed up on time, every day, finished the job on time and in order to do so, doubled the size of the crew the last few days. Juan would walk through the house with me every night before leaving to talk about what comes next tomorrow and to make sure I was happy with the work for the day. They’d clean every night before leaving. So professional! I was a tough customer, changed my mind on wall colors, paint color and they just “rolled” with me and redid the work until I was happy. I’d recommend for any size project. They painted my 2000 sf house top to bottom in a week!
Just had Juan and his amazing crew in my home for a whole interior house painting project!! Over 2000 sq ft w 20 ft ceilings —IT WAS ALOT!! Lots of wall patching—who needs phone jacks— They did a fantastic job! Neat and tidy clean up… inspected and precise I am so impressed with their work— VERY professional !! In the end you DO get what you pay for🎉

They were on time. They used CLEAN drop cloths to protect everything. They were very professional, did everything they said they would do. The end result was exceptional. I would highly recommend them, they do not disappoint.

Facility Painting Services refinished my deck. The power washed, sanded and replaced a couple of weak boards. The crew was so detailed that they cleaned between the boards by hand! Very professional. I'm impressed and pleased with their work.

I highly recommend Juan and Facility Service Painting. We had our WHOLE interior house painted: walls, ceiling, doors, closets, cabinets, trim... Juan was incredibly professional, responsive, started the job on time, finished early. The work was incredible. There were prior bumps and lumps in the walls and they look like new. The cabinets are AMAZING with a smooth finish. The job was finished in about 8 business days and was clean and tidy when complete. It was a huge project. I highly recommend Juan for cabinets-- don't wait another day with your old wood ones! I cannot recommend Juan enough. The next time I need my house painted, I will not hesitate to call Juan!
